Many have vowed to make 2013 a healthier year, and Seton Hall Athletics would like to help you achieve this! Strength and Conditioning Coach Angelo Gingerelli will oversee a bi-weekly fitness challenge to help jumpstart a healthier you!
Featured exclusively on the Seton Hall Pirates Facebook Page, a workout program will be posted every other week, varying in level of difficulty and equipment needed. Each workout will feature a different Seton Hall student-athlete and the results they have posted from that week's specific challenge. Test your skills against some of Seton Hall's best, and get a great workout in the process.
Be sure to "LIKE" the Seton Hall Pirates on Facebook to learn more about this program. After each fitness challenge, one lucky participant will win a prize for posting their results and a photo of them completing the fitness challenge.
