Seton Hall Athletics has partnered with IOMEDIA, a creative agency focused on the bigger picture - strategy, concept, and the execution of extraordinary digital visuals and brand-centric media experiences. IOMEDIA's Virtual Venue digital platform is the most engaging accurate in-venue experience for customer engagement and fan interaction. The product will display to fans a 360-degree panoramic view of Prudential Center from different rows throughout the arena, listing ticket prices and season ticket holder/Pirate Blue donor benefits as well.
Season ticket holders will participate in the 2012 Re-Seating event exclusively online via the Virtual Venue technology. Available seat inventory will be shown to the season ticket holder upon logging into his/her My Pirates Account at the given appointment time. Selecting seats is as simple as clicking on an available location and adding it to your account. Once seats are selected and reserved, they will be removed from available inventory in real-time and no longer visible to other season ticket holders who are still choosing their seats.

In order to complete the Re-Seating process, season ticket holders will have to first log into their specific My Pirates Account. To login, you will need your Account ID # (or the email address assigned to the account) and your pin number. This information was included on the letter you received with your assigned appointment time and date. To log into your My Pirates Account, click the link below.
