SHUPirates.com Launches New Section

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - Seton Hall Athletics is pleased to announce the introduction of an all-new History and Traditions section on SHUPirates.com. Located under the  “Fan Zone” tab, Pirate fans can now take a virtual trip through Setonia’s storied history on the playing field.

Discover the origin of the Pirate nickname. Delve deeper into the accomplishments of the greatest athletes ever to don the blue and white. Relive some of the greatest moments of the celebrated programs that have passed through The Hall over the years, including football, track & field and wrestling.

Take a trip back to 1979 when Seton Hall played a critical role in the foundation of the BIG EAST Conference and reminisce with all of the Pirates' BIG EAST Championship teams. Learn about several of the most influential names in Seton Hall lore and their lasting imprint on athletics through the years.
