Cheerleaders, Band Make Appearance on CBS Early Show

Members of the Seton Hall Band and Cheerleading squads made an appearance on the CBS Early Show on Friday morning to take part in the return of Dave Price, weather anchor and features reporter, to New York City.  The arrival completed a cross-country challenge that started in Santa Monica, Calif. and proved that he could do the trek in one week with just a backpack and $50 in his wallet.

The Seton Hall band played loudly, while members of the cheerleading squad held banners and celebrated nearby.  Joining the Pirates' contingency were members of the New York Jets cheerleading squad.  Seton Hall cheerleaders can easily be seen in this video clip of Friday morning's event.

Be sure to catch the Seton Hall band and cheerleaders when the men's and women's basketball teams open their home schedules in November.  The women's basketball team tips off their home slate at Walsh Gym on Friday, Nov. 20 vs. Morgan State.  The men's team will open their home schedule at Prudential Center on Friday, Nov. 13 vs. Saint Peter's.
