2013: Entered a total of seven races during his first collegiate season...Registered a season-best 23rd overall finish at the Monmouth XC Kickoff with a 6K time of 22:08.6 (8/31)...Placed 35th overall at the 5K St. John's-Hofstra Fall Festival with a time of 17:25.30 (9/7)...Ranked 24th among Division I entrants at the Delaware Invitational by completing the 8K course in 30:35.32 (9/14)...Posted another top-30 effort with a time of 30:39.83 at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational (8K, 9/21)...Completed the 8K course at the Metropolitan Championships in 31:54.10 (10/11)...Ran a season-best 8K time of 30:18.79 at the Leopard Invitational (10/19)...Clocked in at 31:21.00 at the IC4A Championships (5-mile, 11/23)
High School/Personal: Ran four years of varsity track and cross country at Staten Island Technical HS and was a key cog in a program that emerged as a juggernaut on the island...Elected a team captain as a senior...Qualified for the New York State cross country championship meet in his final season...Part of cross country team that won a Staten Island title and placed third in New York City...Also took home Staten Island team championships in indoor and outdoor track, logging a runner-up finish at the city meet during indoor season...Ran on a school-record setting 4x400m relay team...New Balance Indoor National Championship qualifier; competing in the 4x800m relay...National Honor Society member...Born Jul. 21, 1995.
