The Hall Holds Season-End Banquets, Doles Out Team Awards

Aleesha Powell was named "All Pirate" to highlight several team awards

2015-16: Suffered a preseason injury and missed the entire season.

• Appeared in 29 games, averaging 0.9 points and 1.3 rebounds per game. • Pulled down four rebounds with two points in a win over DePaul on Jan. 18. • Had a career-high three assists in a win over Xavier on Jan. 9. • Scored four points (2-2 FG) with a couple of rebounds and an assist in a win at Creighton on Dec. 3. • Finished with four points (2-3 FG) and two rebounds in 10 minutes in a win over Saint Joseph's on Nov. 30. • Grabbed six boards in 12 minutes in a win over Kennesaw State on Nov. 26. • Came off the bench to score five points with a 3-ponter, three boards and a team-high four steals in 22 minutes in a win at Penn State on Nov. 22. • Made her season debut against Rider, grabbing a pair of rebounds in seven minutes of action.

2013-14: Missed the first seven games of the season recovering from an injury suffered during high school... Appeared in two games and will apply for a medical redshirt for the season... Came off the bench to log six minutes in a win over NJIT (12/21)... Made her collegiate debut against UMass Lowell, playing nine minutes with one rebound (12/7).

High School/Personal: Helped lead St. John Vianney to back-to-back 28-4 overall records and consecutive New Jersey Non-Public A State Championships as a freshman and sophomore... Tabbed as the Monmouth County Sophomore of the Year by the Star-Ledger... Named an Up & Coming Player as a sophomore by Hoop Group... Averaged 12.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 3.6 steals per game as a junior... Named Second-Team All-Shore by Hoop Group and Second-Team All-Monmouth County by the Star-Ledger following her junior season... Also a Second-Team All-Shore selection by the Asbury Park Press and a Star-Ledger All-Non Public Third-Team selection...
