Raven Gerald joined Anthony Bozzella's staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2015-16 season.

Gerald is currently studying in the Psychological Studies Master’s program at Seton Hall, with a concentration in Sport & Exercise Psychology. She graduated from West Texas A&M University in May 2014.

Prior to The Hall, Gerald was an assistant coach  for Pratt Institute in Brooklyn for 2014-2015 season. She also coached Kids in the Game, LLC during the '14-15 season.

During her playing career, Gerald spent two years at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (2010-2012) then transferred to West Texas A&M University (2012-2014) where she led her team to the 2014 Division-II National Championship Game. Gerald started all 35 games for a West Texas A&M squad that went 32-3 her senior season.

Originally from Piscataway, N.J., Gerald was a four-year starter at Piscataway High School where she won three conference championships. She was named the 2009 Home News Tribune Player of the Year after averaging 17.5 points per game as a junior.
